The Vagina Diet by Robynne Denise

You are what you eat! Im sure that you have heard that on several occasions. Well its true and for me...I wanna feel great and taste even better. When people say "You look like a whole snack".. Im like LITERALLY...lmaooo.... A bag of fruit to be exact!


In a few months I will be 42 years old and when you start to get older you start to look at different diets because you cannot eat the same way that you did when you were 24. In looking for diets I noticed that for the most part if you eat clean, exercise for at least 30 minutes and drink water...your basically doing everything that you can do to be healthy.


At that time... A light bulb came on.....I figured...I might as well eat great so that I can taste great. In todays Blog I will share with you some of the foods that I have discovered as being good foods for your vagina. The following are my top 3!



Lets start with the obvious... Water...H2O...Your vagina is a mucus surface, same as the inside of your mouth, so the better hydrated you are, the better hydrated those membranes are going to be. Water also dilutes foods that would otherwise make her smell bad, such as asparagus. Stay hydrated. Dehydration calls for dry Vagina and who wants that... Adding lemon to your water is even better because lemons acid nature helps to keep your Vagina pH balanced ensuring that it stays smelling so fresh and so clean!


My second favorite is simple and yet it may be surprising to you.. GARLIC...yes garlic... although strongly scented Garlic contains antimicrobial and antifungal properties that help prevent vaginal problems, such as itching, burning, odor, vaginal discharge and even UTIs. Of course I would not suggest biting into Garlic like its an apple, however I add garlic to almost everything that I cook, thats the easiest and most tasteful way to get it. Garlic pills are also available if you dont mind burping it up all day..its up to you... JUST GET SOME GARLIC..


Third but not least is AVOCADO....I love me some avocado....its just so delicious and beneficial. All you need is 1/4 and it works..Avocado is another food that stimulates vaginal health. The healthy fats in avocado support healthy vaginal walls and keep it naturally lubricated. This helps prevent vaginal dryness as well as itching and burning.

In addition, its vitamin B6 and potassium content support vaginal health. A great way to get your avocado on is thru guacamole, or you can simply have some avocado toast..
